Tanya has just under two decades of experience achieving strategic people operations results through the delivery of HR, talent development and organizational effectiveness solutions.
Tanya spent her early career in the Talent and Organizational Performance practice at Accenture Management Consulting and then transitioned to the People Advisory Practice of EY Consulting. She focused on people strategy and implementation spanning multiple industries (marketing, manufacturing, oil & gas, professional services) and companies of all sizes and in global, multi-culture environments.
Tanya has a combination of people operations strategy, talent management, change management and project management experience. She transitioned to an internal consulting role with EY focused on the Americas Auditing Practice followed by Beyond Meat, serving as the Director of Learning and Development initiatives.
Tanya holds a Masters of Science in Strategic Human Resources from Pepperdine University.
